Shipping to US. Patches and pins are shipped from US warehouse, so delivery takes 3-6 days.

I didn’t receive my order, I think it’s lost. What do I do?
I'm not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels but I'll do my best to assist you. I want you to have your order just as much as you do.
Please note, I have access to the same tracking number you have, and this is the most up to date status I can view. If you didn’t choose tracked shipping at check out, there’s no available information and it’s not possible to locate the package.
If the deadline have passed, you should check the tracking number and contact your local shipping provider to shedule delivery or pick up the item. If they won't be able to find your package, please contact me.
Deadline to file a lost mail claim – 3 months after the shipping date. If you'll contact me after the deadline, I won't be able to help you.
Damaged items/replacements
I’ll do my best to ship everything safely and make sure you will receive all items in perfect condition. If there’s something wrong with you order, please contact me within 14 days after delivery date. You also need to provide me photos of damaged items.
Please note, it’s a buyers responsibility to receive and check orders. If you won’t contact me within 14 days after delivery date, I won’t be able to help you (give a refund or send a replacement).
Returned orders and cancellations
I’m not responsible for any packages returned to me as undeliverable, unclaimed or because of incorrect or incomplete address. I have to pay postal fee for returned mail to get it back, so buyers have to pay 2 way shipping before I re-send it.
I don’t accept cancellations if order was already shipped. If you want to cancel your order that wasn’t shipped yet, please note that PayPal commission is non refundable.
